Every text and drawing on russian-video-chat.com was written or drawn for this site. There are no hosted videos, no photos of real people and nothing uploaded by visitors. Live pictures on the partner website behind Start never touch our servers, so for anything you saw there, please turn to that website.
The six parts of a takedown notice
For a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) we need:
- a description of your work (or a list, when several works are concerned);
- the precise web address on this site where the copy sits;
- your name plus an email or postal address for our reply;
- a good-faith declaration that the copying was never licensed, whether by you, your representative or any law;
- confirmation, under penalty of perjury, that everything in the notice is accurate and that you hold the rights or represent their holder;
- a signature, which can simply be your full name typed out.
Send all of it with the contact form, picking "Copyright notice" as its subject. A complete notice is normally handled within a few working days, and infringing material comes down.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed your material wrongly, write to us once more. Describe what was taken down, give its old URL, state under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, give your name and contact details, and accept the jurisdiction of the competent federal court.
Repeat cases
We never knowingly publish copies of other people's work, and any source that infringes repeatedly is dropped for good.
